About Linda
I am a Registered Massage Therapist working in Edwards, Colorado. I have been studying and practicing health and wellness since 1989.
I received my Bachelor’s degree (1993) and my Master’s degree (1997) from The University of Texas at Austin. I focused my studies on exercise and aging; specifically, the effects of strength and flexibility training on the elderly population. During my master’s program, and for several years after, I worked for Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector as a member of the wellness team. My team and I supported 10,000 employees in their quest for good health.
In 2001, I moved to Colorado to study Massage Therapy. After graduating, I worked for 5 years in the spa setting. I received advanced training on skin care and was able to take more classes related to stretching.
My training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) began in 2004 with the Upledger Institute. Back in the early 90’s, I had received CST myself for some migraine and TMJ issues. The outcome was so amazing that I wanted to learn how to pass on the healing to others. I have now expanded my CST training to include Upledger’s SomatoEmotional Release work.
I feel very fortunate to be able to put together all my past training and experience into my business of helping people to function at their optimal level. It is a pleasure and an honor to be able to work with my clients and see the amazing results that body work can help to create.
